Welcome to the Tawseelat platform. By using our services as a “Service Provider” (whether you are a restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy, online store, or any commercial or service-based entity), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Service providers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Tawseelat reserves the right to review or reject any registration request without providing reasons.
Account information must be updated promptly in case of any changes to business or operational details.
Service providers are responsible for presenting accurate information regarding their products or services (including descriptions, images, prices, delivery times, etc.).
It is strictly prohibited to list any products or services that violate local laws, customs, or that are unlicensed.
The service provider is fully responsible for the quality of the products or services offered.
The service provider is obligated to prepare and deliver orders within the specified timeframes set through the platform.
In the event of a delay or cancellation of an order by the service provider, Tawseelat reserves the right to take appropriate action.
Deliveries may be fulfilled by Tawseelat’s logistics team or the provider’s team, as per the agreement.
The commission percentage between Tawseelat and the service provider will be determined through prior agreement.
Payments will be settled periodically according to the agreed billing system.
The platform reserves the right to change commission policies with prior notice.
The service provider is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations (including licenses, taxes, health and safety requirements, etc.).
Tawseelat bears no liability for damages resulting from poor service, delivery delays, or counterfeit products.
The use of the platform for illegal or deceptive activities is strictly prohibited.
Tawseelat reserves the right to use the name and logo of the service provider in promotional campaigns both within and outside the platform.
Content from the platform may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Either party may terminate the partnership with a written notice of no less than 14 days.
Tawseelat reserves the right to immediately terminate an account in the event of a breach of terms or damage to the platform’s reputation.
Tawseelat reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Service providers will be notified of changes via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Sultanate of Oman.
Any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved through the competent judicial authorities in the Sultanate of Oman.
